FT PARTS/COUNTER: HONDA NEW/USED AUTOMOBILES

Performs a variety of customer service and inventory stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of thedealership's parts department.

  • Responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts needed to
    meet customer needs.

  • Assist Service Department and technicians to provide quality service efficiently
    and provide parts as required.

  • Maintain customer goodwill by acknowledging and greeting all customers
    he/she comes in contact with.

  • Provide timely assistance to team members regarding benefit and human resource questions and issues

  • Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance

  • Providing written and verbal employment verifications

  • Coordinating and setting-up training classes or meetings
