  • MPI (multi point inspection).

  • Filter Replacement (cabin & engine).

  • Brake Services (clean and adjust breaks lube caliper slides).

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN- 2-5 years Flat Rate experience needed

Can perform all types of repairs and Diagnosis to include:

  • Electrical.

  • Emission.

  • Drive Train.

  • Suspension.

  • Body and Interior.

  • Can operate and use all shop equipment and Diagnostic tools.

MASTER TECHNICIAN- 5 years + Experience *4 Day work week available

  • Can lead and assist all shop Technicians.

  • Can perform any and all car repairs.

  • Have strong diagnostics skills.

  • Can work independently with little to no supervision.

  • Works efficiently and productively.


Training pay guarantee, commission, bonus, benefits, full time, advancement opportunities

5 day work week - some Saturdays possible.


ADP experienced preferred.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Will work with Service Department to ensure technicians provide quality service efficiently.

  • Monitors clients in order to ensure quality experience.

  • Provides daily customer service.

  • Checks each client in and follows up with them.

  • Schedules service appointments, experience with Honda a plus.

  • Must have adequate phone skills and strength in building and maintaining client relations.

  • Experience in ADP program preferred, will train.


Under limited supervision, reporting to the HR Director, this position is responsible for performing HR-related duties such as:


Essential Job Duties:

  • Consults with employees on a regular basis to keep lines of communication open in order to maintain positive staff morale and a professional and productive atmosphere within the company.

  • Manage Leave of Absence and other attendance protocols

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employment policies and procedures manual

  • Ensures that all personal files are accurate and in order.

  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems

  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary

  • May conduct recruitment, new-employee orientations (onboarding)

  • Participates in business and departmental meetings as needed

  • Maintains company organization charts.

  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

  • Ensure compliance with company policy, rules and procedures

  • Assist with employee training and development

Essential Job Duties:

  • Structuring deals and closing product sales

  • Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability

  • Must be experienced in ADP/CDK, Dealertrack, menu presentation/setups

  • Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders

  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner

  • Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports


This position manages all vehicle reconditioning operations/shops placing emphasis on the highest quality standards in preparing vehicles for re-marketing, maximizing efficiencies and profitability for Lindsay reconditioning operation. In addition, the position manages all reconditioning employees and processes to ensure all customer commitments and expectations for quality, completion and pricing for services are met. This position has direct, daily management responsibility for Lindsay’s Prep Center along with the other overall recon management responsibilities listed.


Essential Job Duties:

  • Manage activities of all recon technicians to ensure all reconditioning services and processes utilized meet Lindsay’s guidelines, specifications and requirements

  • Determine and oversee allocation and scheduling of staffing levels to meet all customer quality and completion commitments as well as maximization of recon operations profitability

  • Oversees the quality control of vehicles as established by Lindsay’s standards

  • Communicate, discuss and resolve reconditioning goals, results and problems with location and market leadership teams, in partnership with home office reconditioning leadership

  • Establish and communicate production goals and work schedule assignments in a reasonable and timely manner. Measure process efficiency and effectiveness and implement improvement strategies as needed.
