Positions Available:


  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives.

  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.

  • Provides sales management information by completing sale.

  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.

  • Must have good listening skills, verbal communication and telephone skills.


  • Oil & Filter change.

  • Tire Rotation.

  • MPI (multi point inspection).

  • Filter Replacement (cabin & engine).

  • Tire repair and Balance.

  • Brake Services (clean and adjust breaks lube caliper slides).

  • Differential Services.

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN- 2-5 years Flat Rate experience needed

Can perform all types of repairs and Diagnosis to include:

  • Electrical.

  • Emission.

  • Drive Train.

  • Suspension.

  • Body and Interior.

  • Can operate and use all shop equipment and Diagnostic tools.

MASTER TECHNICIAN- 5 years + Experience *4 Day work week available

  • Can lead and assist all shop Technicians.

  • Can perform any and all car repairs.

  • Have strong diagnostics skills.

  • Can work independently with little to no supervision.

  • Works efficiently and productively.


  • Ideal Candidate would have knowledge and experience managing all aspects of Service Department, strong customer and employee communication skills and proven track record with manufacturers. Along with a strong work ethic and continuous team building skills

  • Responsibilities/ Qualifications

  • Organize work flow to deliver quality work efficiently and timely

  • Hire, schedule, motivate and reward technicians

  • Handle and resolve client complaints

  • Communicate effectively with clients about needed automotive maintenance and repairs

  • Contribute to the training and development of technicians

  • Proven CSI Track Record

  • Experience with CDK

  • Must have good technical aptitude

  • Strong client service skills in service and repair

  • Minimum of 3 years Service Management Experience

  • Valid Driver's license

  • High School Diploma/ GED

  • Must pass drug screen
