You are a storyteller, a technical expert, and a high-level project manager who oversees the journey from factory order to delivery.

Responsibilities Include:
• Lead clients through the factory-ordering process, providing expert advice on paint-to- sample options, interior textures, and performance packages to ensure every vehicle is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
• Serve as a certified subject matter expert. You should be able to discuss the brand’s 50- year-old heritage and its 10-year-future electric roadmap with equal fluency.
• You will keep clients engaged and excited during the production and shipping process, turning a wait time into an anticipated event.

You provide the essential, tailored maintenance that keeps our clients' high-performance vehicles operating at their peak. This is not just a high-speed oil change; it is a high- precision technical inspection that serves as the backbone of our Service Department.

Responsibilities Include:
• Execute oil and filter services, tire rotations, and fluid replenishments with a "zero-
error" mindset.
• Perform comprehensive multi-point health checks, documenting every detail of the
vehicle's unique mechanical profile to ensure client safety and vehicle longevity.
• Utilize high-end diagnostic tools and tablets to provide clear, photo-backed reports
for our Service Advisors and clients.
• Maintain a workstation that reflects our brand’s standards—clean, organized, and
professional.
• Ensure every vehicle leaves the bay cleaner than it arrived, verifying that no
"footprints" of service are left behind (e.g., reset maintenance lights, clean steering
wheels, and perfect fluid levels).
Qualifications:
• This is a "career-track" role. We are looking for individuals who want to master this
individualized spec of service and eventually move into Master Technician roles.
• A basic understanding of automotive systems, but more importantly, a high level of
"technical empathy" for complex machinery.

BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN

As a Body Shop Technician for Buick/GMC, are responsible for returning damaged luxury vehicles to their original factory specification. You don’t just repair cars; you restore the safety, integrity, and beauty of high-performance machines. Whether it’s a minor cosmetic adjustment or a major structural realignment, your work ensures that the vehicle remains a true representation of the brand’s heritage. 

Responsibilities Include:
• Perform precision frame and unibody straightening using specialized computerized
measuring systems to ensure the vehicle meets "zero-tolerance" factory standards.
• Exhibit expertise in working with exotic materials, including aluminum, carbon fiber,
and high-strength steels that require specific bonding and riveting techniques.
• Execute seamless panel replacement and dent repair, ensuring that body lines and gaps
are perfectly aligned with the vehicle’s unique build-out.
• Collaborate with the paint department to ensure surfaces are flawlessly prepped,
maintaining the "showroom-quality" finish that luxury clients demand.
• Work alongside the diagnostic team to ensure that ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance
Systems) and sensors are properly housed and functional after body repairs.

Qualifications:
• Significant experience in high-end collision repair, with a focus on luxury or imports.
• Platinum certification is preferred, along with manufacturer-specific aluminum or
structural repair certifications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify opportunities across the shop.
• Experience with high-end pulling systems and specialized welding equipment.

FINANCE & INSURANCE MANAGER

Lindsay Automotive has an immediate opening for a Finance & Insurance Manager located in Columbus, Ohio. The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for producing additional revenue for our dealership by selling finance and insurance products to customers purchasing new and used vehicles. 

As an F&I Manager at Lindsay Automotive, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business, customers, and community. We are looking for a strong, energetic, people-focused F&I Manager, that has a professional appearance, and a great attitude who will help us succeed in producing customer satisfaction. 


 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all sources of finance and insurance products, factory and other menu selling products.

  • Work with sales management to establish and maintain a program that will ensure a positive turnover to the Finance & Insurance department.

  • Work with Sales Management to secure a reasonable profit from each transaction.

  • Ensure accuracy of customer information in dealership databases (including e-mail addresses).

  • Verify the accuracy of all title, lien information, taxes, and other documents on customer paperwork.

  • Submit proper documentation to obtain approval for all finance transactions.

  • Notarize deal paperwork as required.

  • Forward completed deals to accounting office immediately after completion.

  • Keep sales management up to date with rates and products.

  • Prepare monthly reports on finance penetration and products sold.

  • Complete all training certifications as directed by management.

  • Follow policies and procedures as set forth in the Company Handbook and other Company policies.

  • Fill out and submit all required paperwork to become a notary.

  • Fill out and submit all required paperwork to become AFIP Certified.

• Utilize Parts Catalogs to identify specific components for unique vehicle builds, ensuring

• Manage the lifecycle of our stock—from precision ordering and receiving to bin

• Resolve electrical issues and complex mechanical failures that require more than just a
code-reader.

Job Overview

The Automotive Service Manager will also be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales within the department.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the automotive service team, including service technicians and support staff.

  • Ensure all vehicle maintenance and repair services are performed to the highest standards.

  • Oversee service writing, including accurate documentation of customer requests and technician recommendations.

  • Manage customer interactions to provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions promptly.

  • Conduct auto estimating for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency in pricing for customers.

  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures within the service department.
