BUICK GMC Service
FLAT RATE TECHNICIAN
Essential Job Duties (5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE):
-
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the dealership.

Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
-
Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical and electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, ect..Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional services are needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for any repair or additional repairs.

Executing repairs under warranty as outlined in manufactures specifications.
BUICK GMC Service
BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN
Essential Job Duties :
Up to : $100,000.00 per year

Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
-
Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical issues
-
Repair or replace damaged components, parts, or systems
-
Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to apply automotive paint
-
Conduct auto estimating for repair costs and timeframes
-
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to complete repairs and maintenance tasks
-
Weld and solder sheet metal as needed
-
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety guidelines and industry standards
-
Requirements:
-
Previous experience in an automotive repair shop or dealership preferred
-
Proficiency in airless paint spraying for automotive painting
-
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair techniques
-
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and schematics
-
Familiarity with hand tools and specialized equipment used in automotive repair
-
Experience with welding and soldering sheet metal is a plus

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
BUICK GMC Service
PARTS MANAGER | FULL TIME
Essential Job Duties :
Up to: $70,000.00 per year
-
Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels•

Monitoring the current parts inventory
-
Pricing parts to maintain profitability
-
Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
-
Helping customers find and purchase the correct parts
-
Overseeing special orders
-
Collaborating with service managers to ensure all parts are available for repair jobs
-
Hiring, supervising and training parts department staff membersResponsible for ordering parts and inventory management of parts.
-
Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
-
A minimum of 5 years of General Motors Parts Experience
-
Willing to be trained by current retiring Parts manager
-
Prefer CDK experience ( but not completely necessary)

Good recommendations with showing leadership qualities at current position regarding co-workers and management
