  • Must have a strong background of automotive sales

  • 5 years minimum sales experience required

  • ADP experienced preferred

  • Experience with Dealertrack,

  • Steady work and performance history

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")

  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Must be a strong closer and possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through

  • Valid driver's license

  • MPI (multi point inspection).

  • Filter Replacement (cabin & engine).

  • Tire repair and Balance.

  • Brake Services (clean and adjust breaks lube caliper slides).

FLAT RATE TECHNICIAN

Essential Job Duties (5+ YEARS EXPERIENCE):

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with the dealership.

  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.

  • Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical and electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, ect..Communicate directly with Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional services are needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for any repair or additional repairs.

  • Executing repairs under warranty as outlined in manufactures specifications.

BODY SHOP MANAGER

Essential Job Duties:

  • Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.

  • Hires, trains, motivates and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.

  • Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.

  • Directs and schedules the work of all body shop employees.

  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with insurance adjusters.

  • Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.

  • Implements aggressive marketing plan to increase body shop business.

  • Monitors technicians' daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.

ESTIMATOR

Essential Job Duties:

  • Provide accurate pricing and quotes for all vehicles.

  • Prepare estimates from the customer's estimating system, including vehicle condition, body shop specifications, etc.

  • Assign quotes to customers by phone or in person at their location; provide detailed price information on each vehicle (including cost of parts) as well as other pertinent information that may be needed to make an estimate.

  • Perform pre-approval inspections with clients’ prioritization before making any final decisions for scope of work.
