Positions Available:

SALES CONSULTANT: Lindsay Honda New and Used

  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.

  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking drives.

  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile.

  • Provides sales management information by completing sale.

  • Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers.

  • Must have good listening skills, verbal communication and telephone skills.

EXPRESS LUBE TECHNICIANS - Entry Level:

  • Oil & Filter change.

  • Tire Rotation.

  • MPI (multi point inspection).

  • Filter Replacement (cabin & engine).

  • Tire repair and Balance.

  • Brake Services (clean and adjust breaks lube caliper slides).

  • Differential Services.

MASTER TECHNICIAN- 5 years + Experience *4 Day work week available

  • Can lead and assist all shop Technicians.

  • Can perform any and all car repairs.

  • Have strong diagnostics skills.

  • Can work independently with little to no supervision.

  • Works efficiently and productively.

EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN- 2-5 years Flat Rate experience needed

Can perform all types of repairs and Diagnosis to include:

  • Electrical.

  • Emission.

  • Drive Train.

  • Suspension.

  • Body and Interior.

  • Can operate and use all shop equipment and Diagnostic tools.

FT SERVICE ADVISOR: HONDA NEW AUTOMOBILES

  • Will work with Service Department to ensure technicians provide quality service efficiently.

  • Monitors clients in order to ensure quality experience.

  • Provides daily customer service.

  • Checks each client in and follows up with them.

  • Schedules service appointments, experience with Honda a plus.

  • Must have adequate phone skills and strength in building and maintaining client relations.

  • Experience in ADP program preferred, will train.

INTERNET SALES COORDINATOR

  • Handle incoming internet and phone leads with primary objective of setting appointment.

  • Ability to navigate computer, typing 30 WPM

  • Strong communication skills; neat and clean appearance

  • Work with customers to provide different vehicle and financing options while overcoming objections. 

  • Possess strong organizational and follow up skills with customers using our CRM database

  • Ability to produce a high volume of calls and emails daily. 

  • Must be self motivated.

  • Provides a high level of professionalism to our customers throughout the shopping process.

NEW & USED CAR SALES

PARTS COUNTER PERSON/DELIVERY

Is now accepting applications for a full time Parts Counter/Delivery Person.  Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50 pounds.  Must have some automotive parts knowledge and be computer proficient.

PT OFFICE ASSISTANT

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Overall Objective- to provide additional support to the Executive Assistant in daily/weekly tasks and supporting Owners/Executives/Directors

Duties include but are not limited to the following:

  • Data entry of vehicle purchases (assigning stock numbers in CDK and processing through Accounting offices)

  • Creating PO’s for buy fees, shipping fees, etc. as needed in CDK

  • Answering phones, screening calls and routing to proper departments if needed when Executive Assistant is not available or away from the office

  • Creating flyers, interoffice memos when needed

  • Assist with online research if/when needed

  • Assist with planning and execution of company events (luncheons, golf outing, annual employee party)

  • Assist with daily/weekly filing (organizing file room, scanning, faxing)

  • Assist with monthly employee newsletter

  • Assist with data entry/clerical where needed (i.e. drafting letters, proofreading, sending internal memos, etc.)

  • Additional phone support for incoming calls (screen calls appropriately)

  • Run errands if/when needed

       

Skill set required:

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Publisher

  • Must be able to type efficiently and quickly/proofread well

  • Must pay attention to detail and be able to work quickly and efficiently when needed

  • Friendly phone etiquette, punctual and good work attendance

USED CAR FINANCE MANAGER

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Structuring deals and closing product sales

  • Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability

  • Must be experienced in ADP/CDK, Dealertrack, menu presentation/setups

  • Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products

  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders

  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner

  • Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores

  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and year end reports

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Under limited supervision, reporting to the HR Director, this position is responsible for performing HR-related duties such as:

 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Consults with employees on a regular basis to keep lines of communication open in order to maintain positive staff morale and a professional and productive atmosphere within the company.

  • Manage Leave of Absence and other attendance protocols

  • Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employment policies and procedures manual

  • Ensures that all personal files are accurate and in order.

  • Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems

  • Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary

  • May conduct recruitment, new-employee orientations (onboarding)

  • Participates in business and departmental meetings as needed

  • Maintains company organization charts.

  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed

  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations

  • Ensure compliance with company policy, rules and procedures

  • Assist with employee training and development

  • Other duties as assigned.
