FULL TIME SERVICE ADVISOR

Will work with Service Department to ensure technicians provide quality service efficiently.

Monitors clients in order to ensure quality experience.

Provides daily customer service.

Checks each client in and follows up with them.

Schedules service appointments, experience with Honda a plus.

Must have adequate phone skills and strength in building and maintaining client relations.

Experience in ADP program preferred, will train.

RECEPTIONIST

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role

Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying

Honda Service
SERVICE BDC
Our Service BDC Representatives often are the first contact a customer has with the Lindsay Honda Service Department. Their responsibility is to schedule appointments as well as to help customers with questions concerning their vehicle. The Service BDC Representatives also make outbound calls alerting customers of parts that have arrived, recalls that need to be addressed, as well as any reminders or information that will improve the customer experience.
Skills Required:

Ability to navigate a computer efficiently

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
